How am I doing at my new job? 63 unchanging

Hi. A lot has changed for me since I last posted. I started a new job 4 weeks ago that is so much better than I could have ever hoped for. It's really intimidating, to be honest. I feel like I'm not producing the kinds of results I want to or that they want me to even though I'm trying to do my very best. I just always feel like I can do more.

I asked, how is my work? 63 unchanging

Already Across / Mission Completed / After Completion..

I don't view this favorably. Good fortune in the beginning, chaos in the end? Or does it mean I'm doing ok and shouldn't rest on my laurels?

As a follow up, I asked: what will my work bring the company?

63: you've arrived-- now keep track of the details , do the work, and prepare for things that could go wrong. Of course, you are not fated to negative experiences. It is wise, though, once you have arrived, to strive to maintain the favorable situation by active vigilance. Don't idealize. Be realistic about the challenges in order to meet them.

51 tends to be positive for me, depending on the line of course. Seems like you might shake them up or do things a bit differently, but that's a positive.

Also the 8 lines are all positive, good fortune... sorry, this isn't very indepth (!) but I see it as positive. EDIT: 8 is all about Union, so I see it about forging good relationships within the company

For 63 unchanging, unchanging anything to me suggests a settled sort of situation especially with 'mission completed' - there's no changing lines so to me no warning about the future, but just that right now you're in a good place, mission accomplished and you're doing well.

No cause for alarm.
