First I asked
"When will I have the power to live my love life as I want?" and got 64 uc.
Yi doesn't indicate any time, instead confirms that I'm not yet there.

Then asked
"What can I do to increase my power (to do so)"? and got 10.4.6 >60
I have to Step on the Tiger's Tail (10) with Discipline (60). The tiger, in my eyes, is the area of relationships and feelings which always involves risks.

10.4:
Treading the tiger's tail.
Pleading, pleading.
Good fortune in the end.
As stressful as it may seem, I have to take the path- let the emotions, love & people enter my life. If I'm wary of dangers, I'll get good results..

10.6:
Observing the footsteps, blessings from the ancestors.
They come full circle: good fortune from the source.
After accomplishing what is necessary, I can look back at the taken steps & find out their meaning in my path. Then there will be great good fortune- I'll be very powerful in love.

What do you thinks?

10.4 is the line of 'treading on eggshells'. Someone is going after a tiger - and they tread on its tail - so after that, they obviously need to be nice and sweet to the tiger, for obvious reasons. Do you have a tendency to do that? Do you have a tendency to go after harsh people? Do you find excuses for their harsh behaviour, and stick around trying to please them?

10.6 shows the end of steps. No more steps to be taken. Then take a look back - look at the steps you took prior to this point. The previous line says that when we're dealing with harsh people, it's a good idea to tread on eggshells.

However, many people would not enter such a situation at all. Met a tiger? You just walk away towards the opposite direction.

60 is about boundaries and limitations. If you enter a situation where a tiger is involved, no matter how nice and sweet you try to be, the tiger will remain a tiger no matter what. The situation is limited. The situation needs real boundaries. We have no real power when we're dealing with a tiger.

So perhaps the whole cast is saying that to increase your power, do not enter a relationship with a dangerous person.

No- I'm straight-forward with low-tolerance of harsh behavior indeed. I often take an eye-for-an-eye attitude toward aggressive people which makes some tell me I should be nicer as a girl (I don't agree of course).
I have been always attracted to gentle guys.

I see.
By power I mean the ability to have the love life one wants: having many options, being able to meet & attract the guys one really wants, forming good relationships, etc.

In that case, examine your own behaviour to see if you might be too aggressive. In any case, when one of the two people is aggressive, the other is forced to tread on eggshells, and this type of situation never bodes well. Because it's based on a master/servant dynamic, instead of an equals dynamic.
