How can I open up my 3rd eye?

hi. the "third eye" like "spiritualism" have been buzz words for decades now. i mean no disrespect to anyone present, but i have a problem with discussions using words that havent been properly defined.

i believe in metaphysical dualism but in this corporeal world our nervous system is the 'chariot' so to say of the mind. as it is incorporeal our mind can only act through our brains.

what i know is that i have thoughts and emotions and dif levels of consciousness. i think being aware of both our perceptions, thoughts and feelings and actions is what is meant by being connected to the here and now. awareness both to ourselves and to the world around us, nature and others, is the way.

to open our third ieye we musnt fear to see, feel and think, cuz only then can we hope to be complete. admire god's creation, b aware of your free choice and remember evil is human bound and the devil is nothing more than the sum of human temptations and evil lives in men's intentions and actions. know yourself and u will know all u were meant to. ppl should talk less of spirituality and more of humanism and personal responsibility. thank u for listening. persevere.
