It's always a good practice to look to interpret for yourself first. You have asked Yi and now it is only polite for you to listen for yourself to what the Yi has to say to you. Remember you can't be wrong as it means what it means to you even if it is a bit confusing or you feel like you have only a partial understanding.
Have a go and then I'm sure others will be happier in adding to the picture. They will only be imparting what the Yi is saying to them - not as powerful as what it is saying to you.

Hi My_Key ,Thanks for your reply, from my understanding the Hex 46.2.3 is telling me to put in more effort in order to excel in my current job In this step by step progress it is good to improve in my networking skills to connect with great people. don;t worry too much just move forward and try your best. However need to be patience and better discipline before moving upward. What it mean by set forth to south. is it mean there are better job opportunity at south location in my residing country?This is my first time trying to seek clarification from Yi, my basic understanding on this hex/Yi , hope the community can advise me to have better insight to the Yi in order for me to make better decision.RegardsCK Liew
