I need help with Hexagram 52 please

Hello everyone and thank you so much for reading this post.

I am going through a bit of a problem at the moment, I suspect that somebody very important in my life is lying to me... so I went to the oracle for help and I got the hexagram 52... The question was is this person lying to me? I am not sure how to interpret this... I got four changing lines, so the hexagram changes into Number 5.

Can anybody shed a bit of light on this please?

I tend to think the person is not lying. Be careful what you say, because you don't want to accuse people when they are innocent of wrongdoing.

Hexagram 52 is about stilling yourself through meditation and 52.5 in particular is about not speaking until you've given the matter a lot more thought.

I agree with ginnie, the Yi is advising you to be careful, I think you might be tempted to confront/challenge him and you might say things that you will regret later. So, stop where you are, be attentive, wait for the events to unfold.

There are several problems with your post.
1. You did not disclose the change lines. It takes other readers longer to decode the lines. As a result, you may not get help. Line 6 tells us that you are worried, but you are not sure what you worry about because the character at line 6 of hexagram 5 is empty under your hr of the reading. There is no proof for your worry. A suspect without factual evidence is not a convicted criminal is a relationship after a verbral fight.

2. You did not disclose the gender of the other person. There is a big difference whether the person is male or female because line 6 is the host line. If the person in your mind is a man and I can only assume that you are a female.

3. There are too many change lines. This reflect a very unstable situation, both internally at home and externally. Your mind is very unsettled at the time you casted the reading. Normally, one change line means that the reader is focused in seeking an answer.

Main hexagram is 51, a hexagram of conflict between parties. Both parties refused to yield.

Assume Line 6 is you with a man in mind. If he is your spouse, you worry about his role in the house of spouse. He is in movement and you suspect that he is moving towards another female. If he is your supervisor, this may mean other things with another female.

The female (not you) in line 5 occupies a leadership position, probably not moving because she seeks someone to help. That help is not available. The line 6 man may help her on something.

If the friend is female, this means different things.

Hexagram 5 means all the events are drifting. Things come and go, wait and see....
The solution is in your own hand after the argument subside.

Note: There are many possibilities to the analysis of a reading. If the above is a work related matter, my assumption for the genders are wrong and then analysis of the situation can be be very wrong.
