Insight .. please ...

I was inspired today to further my question from the other day (Abundance & Prosperity) taking everyone's imput into account and the feelings in my own heart. The question I asked this morning was:

If I stay w/the company I am presently with & invest time & energy (while staying open to other possibilities) what will become of it ...
Received: 59.2 > 20

Meditated on that and then asked, Outcome if I leave my present company
Received: 9.2.3.6 > 3

If I just look at the structure of the hexagrams the first one is more "stable" so to speak. There is definite shifting of energy - but it seems more "predictable". But is that me living my life "small" and not opening up to the extraordinary possibilities that I desire??

OR

Looking at If I leave the company now ... It seems to be telling me that I am stepping into a time of "small" changes turning into difficulties ... or could this possibly the shake-up to get me off my ass, so to speak ... Actually I see that the changing lines didn't necessarily predict doom & gloom ...

Help please ....

Hi, Beth. This is from the hip, so the grain of salt rule applies.

Staying with the present company offers a slow rise within it. I say this because 59.2 supports the superstructure, and 20 is a supervisory position. I'd think that 19 would be more directly so, and 20 more as an assistant/observer/possibly consultant to the decision maker.

9-3 isn't here yet. No rain, only a difficult beginning. But line 6 says, rain comes as a result of enduring character. So the results can only be known then. But pushing for completion before its time only creates anxiety (represented by the nearly full moon).

9 -2-3-6 I belive the reading suggests perhaps waiting for the right moment to leave.
are there arguments amongst your co workers.I feel that there is conflict
and it would be advisable perhaps not to agrivate in retaliation.I feel someone
is being very difficult-perhaps it is not the right employment for them.There
is a possibility of comming to blows in this reading.If you stay it will resolve
its self in time hence hex 3-or you will leave for something better that comes
in time.

This suggests that you are not feeling very happy with your job at the moment, you feel some what of an outsider, disgruntled but you need to change your attitude, blend in and cheer up.
Hex 20 is about seeing the situation in a completely different way, to contemplate what you actually want from the job, then you will see where the job is actually taking you and what you can achieve by hanging in there.

This suggests that you will have a hard time getting another job but eventually you will after persevering but once you have this new job you must be content with it because trying to get something better will put you in a lot of trouble, sounds like no job again.
Hex 3 is about a new beginning and the hardships that you will have to face before you become established.
