If you mean an intense love with lots of drama, then yes.
But if you mean the person with who you'll live happily and smoothly ever after, then no.

Here is my follow-up Q:
I wonder if Hex 44 regarding relationship questions should always be meaning a relationship that won't really last for long. I searched google, "Hex 44 relationship" and found out text that describes otherwise. It says,
"The hexagram describes a “correct” relationship as one in which two people come to meet each other halfway. Halfway means that both are open and receptive to each other. It must be mutually voluntary. Coming to meet halfway is possible only between people who are mutually honest and sincere in their way of life. It is the great joy of such relationships that they are full of mutual trust and sensitivity."

:bows:I just asked another question about this relationship. The question may sound silly.I feel so strongly about this relationship yet I am in my early 20s and have not been in serious relationship before. So I am just struggling to find out if this is what 'love' is... hahahaha.....
So... my question was, "is there fatedness in our relationship?" and I got Hex 1.2.4.6 > 63.
Would this mean, as Hex 63 says, my heart is already committed to this relationship even tho we are not yet officially coupled, and there's creative power (hex 1) in the relationship?
