Italian referendum

There's going to be a referendum in Italy, on 4 December 2016.
Voters will decide if they agree to change their constitution or not.
I don't know much about Italian politics, but I read that the referendum is important for EE's future.
Also I read that the current prime minister has said that he'll resign if the result is a no.

Anyway, to the question:
Will the result of the referendum in Italy be a YES or a NO?
55.2.3 > 54

55.2 says that by proceeding there will be mistrust and hate.
In 55.3 there's an eclipse and someone 'breaks his right arm'.
In 54 'undertakings bring misfortune'.
So I'd say it sound like a NO to me.
Also, in the overall answer, we go from 55 a step back into 54, so that also sounds like a NO to me.

Any other points of view on this?

Haha, no it doesn't sound positive.
I wonder about line 55.3. As far as I know, it shows a misfortune which is temporary.
So maybe the current prime minister won't resign after all, no matter what he says now.

UPDATE - the result of this referendum was NO
(No: 59.1 %, Yes: 40.9%).

The current prime minister has handed in his resignation to the president,
but the president has not accepted it yet (it is legally possible that he won't
accept it at all).
