The other day I went for an unpaid work trial in a childcare centre. The Compliance Officer who organised the work trial was very professional and friendly although we did only communicate through email. I didn't meet her on the day of the work trial as she was still on leave at the time.

After the work trial I sent her another email thanking her for the opportunity but telling her how disappointed I was in the staff who were observing me throughout my work trial. They were unprofessional and rude to me and I felt they weren't acting in the best interests of the children in their care.

Much to my surprise the Compliance Officer not only responded to my email but also offered me the chance to meet with her today, look at one of their other centres and discuss whether I would like to work there. I met with her, liked the centre and she said she just needs to talk with the big boss on how they could create a position for me there and she be in touch with me.

How would it benefit me to remain open to a job with OE

22.5>37

I'm a little confused about this reading although Hex 37 Family means to me I will be involved with the children of families and as there are about 25 other workers there I'm sure we'll have to work together like a family would to get the work done.

In terms of what I've got to offer I believe I've got a lot to offer in experience but I'm not qualified but studying for my qualifications. Today the Compliance Officer said we can't offer unqualified workers as much as qualified workers so I'm wondering if that's what the meager offerings could be and perhaps they're a little embarrassed about that considering my abilities.
The other thing is the centre is on the 2nd floor of the building and it has two beautiful outdoor gardens for the children to play on - Hilltop garden?

Hi

I would read this as temporal setbacks - small benefits, delays on signing a contract, maybe small wage - but eventually getting better. It would be advisable to adorn your qualities, to let your worth shine.

So, it's like: don't feel bad if the initial offer is small, have patience, let them see your worth and the working conditions (salary, benefits, etc) will get better eventually.

Wish you the best

Thanks sixth relative that's what I suspect is going to happen. When I started initially looking for work around here a voice in my head :freak: kept saying Don't chase the money!! So I'm trying to look at things in a clearer long term way. They're a large company with 7 centres so I'm hoping that's a chance for advancement as time goes along.
