I think that every answer, even if it contains counsel that doesn't seem especially necessary, gives us an opportunity to learn a little more about the way the Yi works. Studying the text, thinking about the metaphors and symbols, and considering what all of this meant to people of the ancient world is all worthwhile. If an answer speaks to you, then in that response you have one more bit of evidence confirming that this is something extraordinary.
The issue of multiple changing lines comes up quite a bit, so here is another alternative for those that are interested.
