Looking for additional perspectives interpreting inner work questions

I have been getting back into working with the I Ching for personal inner work, and was hoping I could get some outside opinions on the interpretation of two questions I have asked. The implications of the answers to me are quite heavy, so I'd like to hear what others have to say about them before I settle on anything. I'll keep most of my interpretations to myself so as not to bias anyone.

-- "What is my purpose?" 3. Chun/Difficulty at the beginning.
-- "What does my first dream mean?" 18. Ku/Work on what has been spoiled. 6 at the beginning.

Without getting too personal, both of these clearly resonate with me. The second question is referring to the first dream I can ever remember having, when I was very young. It was simply an image, intensely numinous, of a small pool of water in a dark forest, with a log jutting out over the middle. I am a very powerful dreamer, and have since had countless dreams involving deep water and fish, but the disconcerting energy of this one stayed with me for years. It felt like a place I had been before, or needed to find; familiar yet foreign, calling to me. It was hard to know if it was a memory or a dream. Other early childhood dreams of dense forest thickets felt the same, and disturbed me. I had actually asked that same question last year and gotten 8. Pi/Holding together, but wanted to redo it because I had accidentally misordered the lines last time, from 1 to 6 instead of 6 to 1. Both seem similar, and I do think the original answer is also valid, since I was unaware of my mistake.

The first question struck a chord with me as well, reflecting much of my life and goals for the future. I am an extremely spiritually sensitive, philosophical, and artistic person to the point of mental illness, and have had a very hard life, but my tenacity and vision has always kept me focused in the long term. I am very interested in Jungian psychology am have been reluctantly dragged into overwhelming shamanic experiences many times in dreams and waking life.

3 unchanging - your purpose is to Sprout, begin, feel your way through and around, don't plan a direction ahead of time. I find it helpful to think of an actual little sprout when I get 3.

Your second reading, I don't have ideas about. Did you get 18.1 to 26?

Yes, the second hex was 26, which is a reading i've gotten a couple times before. Oddly enough, i've also gotten 9 before, which seems like some sort of complementary opposite to 26.

I was learning today that 9 is similar to a personal self improvement journey, whereas 26 is about shared resource between people? The pool in your dream makes me think of the collective unconscious, it kinda sounds like it's about avoiding the cultural conditioning and fears that surround using your intuition.
