I've lost a link to a book, and Google's no help.
The cover is black, with a white dragon facing left, almost like a negative of Michael Nylan's The Elemental Changes.
Possibly it's an app, but I think it's a book.
Any ideas? images or links welcome...

 for the life of me, I don't recall, but I think it's about divination, and it is definitely a Chinese dragon...

Add. I was surprised how much dragons are linked to sorcery, black magic, witchcraft... What a massive amount of books about this. I know some of the western approaches to dragons, Sct. Georg, the Arthurian legends and more from European folklore but somehow also wonder about the contrast between our look at the dragon and for example the dragon "we meet" in the Book of Changes. Thou I couldn't assist here it was an exciting journey.

I decided to search the site and found the answer here:
Alexander Goldstein defending his translation of the Tai Xuan Jing (2012)
viz a viz Michael Nylan's T'ai Hsuan Ching (1994).

Cheers, comrade....
