Lost job 14>52

Today I lost my job - it was only a short lived job but I lost it somehow.

Background: I had to do a weeks work trial which I did and last Friday they offered me a contract which I had to return by the 13th February. I hadn't signed it yet because I was just unsure whether I actually wanted the job as it was a badly run place of work.
Yesterday I spoke to the 2IC and said I had concerns about whether I fit in as I had conflict with one of the workers I had to work closely with - she said no we love you and you fit in very well please don't leave.
24 hours later the conflict with the worker escalated and she accused me of kicking her and a couple of other minor things. The owner, the 2IC, myself and the accuser had a conversation which I believed sorted things out - 20 minutes later they told me they no longer wish to employ me gave me quite a nasty letter outlining things and showed me the door....

My question is Please show me my responsibility in losing this job

Sounds like maybe I came across as arrogant and as a result I lost the job (hex 52 stilling)

The text from the 3 lines include "no blame". The text of the image advise to terminate hate to display improvement (Karcher's translation). Seems like there is no blame on you, but you weren't able to terminate hate with that conversation.

Now, using WWG: the boss really liked you, but he/she received a lot of preasure to fire you, not only from this woman but from other coworkers. Those co-workers acted indirectly not in an open way.

Thanks sixth relative - that's what I thought may have happened because I could tell the boss was very sorry when she told me - we liked each other and understood each other very much.
I did try to terminate the hateful way the conversation was going by walking away from it but it obviously continued on regardless.
Thanks very much for helping me out here it helps because I am feeling very upset right now.

Thankyou radiofreewill this is very true especially after this incident today - it has really turned my World spinning. I went for a meditative walk this afternoon and now you've written this I will also make sure I do meditations at home.
