I am currently in a three-person group where the other members don't seem to talk to me. I talked to the professor about it. We have a Whatsapp group chat but I don't see much response.

My current situation in MKT 5750 is one where I am in the middle of a lot of confusion which needs to be given direction (7). If this was my reading I might interpret it something like:

Again a question focused on your performance this semester which ends up with you thinking that the success will come about through something someone else does for you.

If this was my reading I might interpret it something like:
The rest of the semester regarding MKT 5750 is going to be wrapped up in an atmosphere of not feeling really connected to the course (MKT 5750) and keeping myself to myself (56). How well I do is going to depend on how well I can re-establish connections with how I'd like the semester to turn out. Showing myself in the best light and recognising what is needed for better harmony(13). See the potential around and step towards it (13.1). It's for me to decide how to bring things together in the way I'd like them to be. If things aren't working out how I'd like them to be then taking responsibility and making appropriate actions towards how I'd like things to be will eventually bring joy (13.5).

There might be something missing from my understanding here but you start talking about communication and finish up with questions about assignment deadlines.

If this was my reading I might interpret it something like:

My teammates aren't communicating with me because there is nothing going on to make the team form or for team building to happen easier (54). (Check out this team process model). It may take some work to start the ball rolling as it is not be something that any of the team members are comfortable with. Someone has to take the lead in getting the group together (58) and to openly air any grievances that are causing the current impasse. Listen to what others have to say and speak out openly about your all needs and concerns to find a common way forward (58.5)


I don't know whether any of this makes sense for you. All I have done is to align the words of the lines and hexagrams to the wording of your questions, which I think is an habitual gap that seems to crop up in your interpretations. Maybe if you finished with a statement rather than another question this would help crystalise what Yi is giving you.

As an example with Q1 - Rather than "Is the saying that my group members will meet up with me in the future (hex 7) at a certain place? " Word it " This is saying that my group members will meet up with me in the future at a certain place?

And then most importantly line it up with the original question:

If that connecting of Q and A makes sense to you then you have nailed the divination for you. If it doesn't then go back and revisit your interpretation. It's clear that you place a lot of reliance on having others tell you what the reading means. I have told you what the readings might mean for me if I had them, however this is not the same as you saying what they mean for you.

I'm really not sure what you are trying to say here.
Are you saying that you are looking for your professor o give you support after your team members have already started work and and before you have laid your foundations?

It really would be helpful, to me and I suspect to others, if you could give a little bit more to the thread.
Was your response answering all the questions in one go or were you directing your response to just one of the questions?
Was your response directed to my reponse to a specific question or more aimed at the generality of my response?

I think that you are saying from your post is that all your questions have rolled into one for you.

On a personal note I'd be interested to hear what you thought of the Question and Answer alignment technique that I shared and any ideas you may have on how you can use it to get closer to an answer for your future divination casts.

That's a good question.
Whether you should trust your teammates is only something you can decide. Who is the woman? What does she represent? Sit with her and listen to what she has to say to you.

Nothing to do with Yi but first reaction is I'd think if you communicate as you do on here they don't talk to you because you don't talk back when they do. It could be that simple.

You don't respond to people here fully, you write one sentence as if words cost money. I have asked you numerous direct questions which you don't answer. People tend to write a lot in your threads but you hardly respond so there's no point in continuing trying to communicate when you don't communicate back.

If your real life communication style is anything like it is on here I'd think people would give up talking to you because you don't answer, you give very little back. People stop talking to people who just don't talk back when they are spoken to. I say this after witnessing hundreds of threads where you barely reply at all to those who answer you. If people stop answering it's no mystery why, conversation is meant to be 2 way and people get no pleasure from trying to talk to a brick wall - so try replying to people, to your team mates when they do talk to you and see if things change.

Trojina, mykey, I talked with my team members in class today and we were able to get a direction. I was able to do about half of the project myself, where the members will complete the latter half.
