Naturally even though it felt right to come here I’m faced with more challenges and am very very stuck.
What is the best way to deal with my present challenges Hex 5.3.6>61
becalm, I had iron deficiency too and was feeling extremely anxious! Took a supplement for a month (Gentle Iron) and got back to my normal self again.
warmest wishes to you
Hi Becalm
Taking steps to 'get on with it' is in itself changing your situation, even if the outcomes you were hoping for did not materialise. Well done you !
Seems like a bit more research on parking near the pool is needed and another visit to the office, perhaps pre arranged, is in order.
Good Luck
Maybe. I started wondering since I posted if the two lines could be different ways of handling the echo chamber - one being to get bogged down in it, the other being somehow to try to distance yourself from it (sixth lines can be quite removed, on a mountaintop of sorts). The "uninvited guests" could be your looping, intrusive thoughts. No clue how you'd honor them, however. Maybe you'll have some ideas (I say, hopefully...)No idea Line 6 either- one of those lines in hindsight I guess.
Me too....thanks!!That all sounds marvelous! Hope it turns out as nicely as it sounds.

Perfect words my_key The thing is this time of things panning out has given me a chance to realise what I really want and what to let go of is that Hex 61? and Waiting things out whilst the transition takes place I guess is what’s going on. I’m not doing nothing but also understand there’s not much I can do to move things along.Honouring doesn't have to be difficult or complicated. In the outer world we do it every day so why would it be any different inside our mind. Honouring intrusive thoughts could be like how you'd act towards any stranger coming into your house. Be accomodating and respectful towards them but don't allow them to rearrange the furniture or paint the walls a different colour. Treat like a friend rather than an enemy. Once you get to know them a bit you can decide whether you want to open the door to them next time they call round.

Hi Becalm
I posted this poem by Rumi in Exploring Divination a little while ago. I have a copy next to my PC and it caught my eye as I was typing. It seems appropriate to share here and I'd like to declare it may have influenced my previous post in this thread.
Line 6 - something or someone will turn things around unexpectedly for me.
Hex 61 looks like I should stay persistent and confident.
I see 5.3 as warning that one needs to be careful about getting involved with people and situations that are none of your business.:
5.1 Waiting patiently, not quite sure for what or why.
5.2 Boredom starts to kick in, losing focus, bit of gossip with those nearby...
5.3 Auugh, getting sucked into their drama, maybe even getting cast as the heavy and getting blamed for things when it's not your story at all.
So yeah, a person might feel helpless in 5.3 but also I think there's some key advice here that one can stay out of the mud by not wandering into it.
