Moving house and getting very negative readings?? 18.3 > 4, 48.2 > 39

Hi all,

After living 7 years in shared housing I decided about a year ago it was time to look and see about getting my own place. I've had an offer accepted, all seems go, have told the housemates.
Just now I told the most recent one who was upset to find out (we get on well) but also pleased for me. I guess it made me wonder for a snip of a second whether I was making the right choice, I'm pretty sure I am but there's also part of me that is nervous. I have lived here for 7 years and I've never lived alone so big steps (am in my late 30s though so not so big really).

Anyway I asked:
Please advise on leaving (the shared house)

Gosh, doesn't seem so positive. Maybe it's just like that 18.3 is the seed of doubt in me, followed by not knowing, which is true, I don't know what it'll be like because I've never had that experience before.

And then I asked:
Please advise on moving into the new place
48.2 > 39
Does this just mean it won't be easy? I'll have to draw on my resources?? Also doesn't seem so positive.

I guess I'm worried like oh man, what if it falls through for some reason or I am filled with regret about leaving this shared house! I've not signed anything, but I did want to give my housemates good notice for emotional rather than financial reasons (we've lived together a long time!)

Anyway, almost more to understand the lines and the different ways of reading them. I think I'd rather not know if it is saying it all won't work out, so maybe don't tell me if that's the case! But I also know Yi is not a predictor, so am asking more to understand what's going on.

Oh thank you both @marybluesky and @my_key that is very heartening.
Well, it's true that I am going to need a lot of help, and also the whole business of sorting out the mortgage when you're freelance is HELL. So complicated! But am hoping I'll get through it.
Just asked:
Is it all going to work out with the money and the flat and so on?
36 unchanging.
Well that more or less sums it up at this point! Having to definitely keep my inner faith and flame going despite the many many complications that seem to be being thrown at me with regards documentation of funds. I guess Mercury is in retrograde - thank God that'll be clearing up soonish
