I also think that we must clarify the astrologers prediction in order to understand what IC is trying to tell to you regarding your question. Like Trojan said, we must find the specific factors on which this astrologer made his predictions. If he look at your chart than he maybe made this predictions based on some planet in bad aspect to your IC or MC or the 6th and 8th house (houses of health and death). I recommend you to discuss again with your astrologer and ask him to give you the specific factors on which he based his predictions because this is a serious thing. How good or bad is the reputation of this astrologer? Do you know someone who knows him for a long time? Find the answers of these questions before you eventually finishing installing his/her belief in your head. You know, it is much easier to install a belief in someones head when you're authority for him. There for we must ask the authority of this astrologer and on which factors did he predict such a bad prediction.

Thanks for the question. No, I have no special literature on Dui. It's all in Wilhelm in the Shua Kua and in the 15 hexagrams that contain Dui. As can be seen from hexagrams 28 and 54, Dui has some of the associations of Venus in astrology.
