I swear I am tired of being sick. Just when I get my ear situation sorted out and I was feeling great for about 3 weeks and then the past week and a half I've had a gripey tummy and some nauseated feeling. I'm going to the doctor about it but thought I would ask the yi about it.

Why does my tummy feel bad?

57.5.6 to 46

What can I do to make my tummy feel better?

18.4 to 50

I noticed several 3 days before and 3 after.

I am thinking my lifestyle needs to be changed. exercise, diet.

The idea that springs to mind is stress and the thing to do is to take some anti acid tablets.

I can see Willowfox's stress/anxiety reference. And also your "lifestyle needs to be changed. exercise, diet" sounds like great medicine.

57 has strong ties to mental influences, and that can never be underestimated where wellness is concerned. Not to say an illness must be one or the other. Most of the time it is both. Too much mental stress and the body's immune system weakens. This is something we all know and take for granted. I don't think Yi is pointing to anything you don't already know.

I'm dealing with the same exact matter. 1) It's flu season 2) my mind knows it's flu season - does it even expect it to come? 3) Most of my life I've had "chi crashes", where my over-driven energy suddenly depletes, and the bottom gives out for two or three days. The combination of these things has me "down with the flu". Now it's sort of a 57.6 thing

From Wilhelm's commentary on 18.4.

"This shows the situation of someone too weak to take measures against decay that has its roots in the past and is just beginning to manifest itself. It's allowed to run its course. If this continues, humiliation (sickness?) will result."

Bummer.
