Need Help with answer please

I asked about a knee operation (total knee replacement) after seeing the Dr. today. The Dr. may or may not do the surgery as there is a problem in another area of my body which needs to be addressed; therefore I have to wait about four days before he gives a yes or no answer to operation.

I got Hex 42 changing to hex 37 moving line three.
I think it meant good about the operation but not certain as I don't understand about the woman and the pig in the house. Thanks for any help.

Surgery is an unfortunate event, but if you are enriched by it, the implication is that it will go well. The prince to whom one reports would correspond to the surgeon, so I'd expect the surgery eventually to take place. Also, Xun, the upper trigram in both hexagrams corresponds to the thigh (knee), and the two hexagrams together suggest surgical repair.

IMO increase means you will have the surgery. Line 3 indicates a stressful situation out of your control, but don't let it hijack your emotions. 37 indicates the solution (knee surgery) involves a team of people, each with a different role.
