Hi everyone,

Taking things one step at a time I now have a flat from which to ground myself materially and psychologically. I have a bit of money to tide me over. (This is a continuation of a thread from January 27th after my relationship failed as well as my job). http://www.onlineclarity.co.uk/friends/showthread.php?t=3774

I did all that was necessary to obtain the job position that was mentioned in that thread but I'm still waiting for any response which has got me thinking again. I approached other companies to widen my net but no luck so far.

I recently did some readings on the job front and received this:

Shall I push forward to work in this sector?

Hex 6 unchanging.

Any advice then as to what I should do right now?

Hex 19.2.5.6 > 42

This seems very positive but what is it referring to? After more questioning the other day I received Hex 12 quite a lot in relation to work and then I asked the question:

Is it better that I don't work in this sector and be patient and wait for other opportunities?

Hex 43.1.4.5.> 46

Then finally I sought advice on a particular job that sounded a little more interesting though in the same sector and received:

Hex 30.4.6 > 36

followed up by: Is it not reasonable to just apply for this job?

Hex 49.1.6 > 33

I have no idea what to make of it all now other than I need to radically change my direction. I don't see how that is possible given the circumstances I'm in. I know I feel very bound by duty to get a job as soon as I can (not least for practical reasons) but I get the feeling IC is saying stay put for now and use this time to work on yourself and your attitudes and something will come up. Admittedly, I have been known to be impulsive and I can afford to this for a while. Perhaps there is something I'm missing in my attitude or perception of things?

Any thoughts appreciated.

Hex 19.2 don't worry.

Hex 19.5 you need some help.

Hex 19.6 can you be a leader, can you teach? Share it.

Hex 42 a time of increase, perhaps a time to look further afield for a job, new opportunities.

Hex 43.1 becareful at the beginning and therefore, don't rush headlong into this.

Hex 43.4 says not to be obstinate, stay still for the moment, there are still many problems ahead, listen to advice.

Hex 43.5 carry on with your course of action, don't give up.

Hex 46 pushing upward, forward, using adaptability, progress can now be made, perhaps finding that job towards the south of where you live.

You have asked two questions here and I am not sure which one the answer is addressing.

Hex 30.4 at first excited by this job prospect but later it will be discard. Far too hasty.

Hex 30.6 take this job and kill it.

Hex 33 this job is not for you, it will darken your light.

Hex 49.1 refrain from any action in regards to this job. Stop.

Hex 49.6 be satisfied with what is attainable because this job is beyond you.

Hex 33 retreat, don't pursue.

So,in summary: it seems pretty clear that I need to bide my time and hold back. Certainly not wise to push forward as I'll encounter conflict. As to the overall situation I shouldn't worry but I need to get help which will allow me in turn, to share some of my own experiences - not sure in what context here but I'll wait and see. Perseverence is required but with the right attitude which can take advantage of the opportunities laying hidden.

So the breakthrough and resoluteness of 43 underscores 6 in that these opportunities need fine handling without rushing around and getting stressed. Got to stay centered and listen to the advice while dealing with the problems as they arise. Progress can be made slowly if I'm careful, probably as Spring begins which will possibly take me out of the influence of 12. New cycle of change. (The south would certainly be correct as in my current location that's where all the jobs are both geographically and in the city itself).

So, the job is a non-starter. Fair enough. So, I guess I wait and keep looking. Need to get my head straight and see what else there may be out there...
