I'm not so pessimistic about 61. Attention to Detail as a response to "What changes will take place as a result of the protests?" I think this hexagram coming so close to the end of the book is saying that once a person has a clear intention in mind then all the rest is just details. So I think the crucial thing here is to be clear just what the protests are actually protesting and what changes do the protests want? We have already seen the 3rd degree murder charge has been raised to second degree and the other officers involved charged too. Further various cities have made the choke hold illegal and some have even partially defunded the police force. But these actions, commendable as they are, may be seen as "just details" compared to the over arching issue of racial inequality. But hey, following up with the details can be the most crucial part of an entire operation.
