Questions regarding a legal appeal

I have spent thousands of dollars in legal fees trying to regain my stolen home. The opposing party has responded to the appellate brief, and now I need to decide whether or not to respond to their response. So I asked the I Ching:

How does my appeal fair without response to response?

Hexagram 15.

How does my appeal fair is my attorney response to the response?

Hexagram 45.1, 5 - 51

I am unclear whether hexagram 15 indicates that I will win or receive a settlement from the opposing party. If my appeal wins, the case would be sent back to the lower court at which point I would be looking at spending a lot of more money.

Sometimes I get so confused about what is the best thing to do in this situation. I ask a secondary question, e.g. How is hexagram 15 for happiness and success?

Hexagram 34.3,4,5 - 60

How is is 45.1,5 - 51 for happiness and success?

Hexagram 41.5

My experience for hexagram 41 line 5 is that the tortoise shells never arrive.

I believe you could have a positive result 45.1.5>51 also 15 but as you say is that really going to make you happy in the fact the fight is not over. I believe from the lines that you will ultimately win, i have had positive results from 41.5.
I am getting the feeling that you are in right legally, 51 is interesting as there is some surprise coming and most of the time I have found 51 again positive.

The downside is the fight is not quite over, i like 45.1 as well in meaning a helping hand. 41.5 I believe is keeping faith is your legal rep.

Just wondering if I am making sense, if it was me that's how i would take it, i keep wondering if an offer may be made.
