Well, I thought I'd throw this one into the den and see if anyone might like to add anything...

I'm looking to change my career (or lack of it) and thought I'd inquire as to whether there was any possibility of being employed by X after I did some recent work for her. A dead end or a new lease on life?

2.1.2 > 19

The background to other questions regarding career seemed to say, stay low, don't try and do too much and keep working on your own stuff and things will eventually kick-in. 2 can be quite ambiguous I find. However, I took it to mean that the seeds were sown, don't rock the boat, be receptive and prepare. It's all a bit vague - neither nay or yay.

So, being largely unsure, I asked a follow up question wondering whether or not I should continue on at my present job and got 12 unchanging which didn't seem exactly joyous but pretty much sums up how I'm feeling at the moment. Seeing as I quite like to get into a conversation with Madam Yi I then assumed that this meant that other opportunities would arrive in due course.

The response was 49.1.5 > 62 which seem to confirm such an intuition.

Seems as though overall, it says keep a low profile and take what comes without forcing anything as I am sometimes wont to do. Geeze, I'd love Hex 1 once in a while...

Yes 2 to 19 seems a bit hard to fathom. My feeling is though that is doesn't advocate passivity despite it being hex 2. What i see is the hex 2 as the field, the potential you will have to cultivate (19) to get what you need. I know this contradicts line 2 of hex 2 though buts thats how I see it - something abut hex 2 and 19 together give the idea of an empty field to plough and grow what you want in. Its like theres nothing much there yet but there can be but I think with 19 you have to put the work in.

49-62 hmm I don't know I guess i go with your take on it except i don't think opportunities will just arrive i think they will be things you have probably already put a great deal of thought into and 'discussed 3 times' - nothing you've rushed into and something you've prepared the groundwork for (62) could be re your work with X ?

Today I'm seeing hex. 2 as refering to this being a giant energy grid we're working with and that we can manefest anything depending on which lights we turn off and which lights we turn on. That is, by what we don't give energy to and what we do focus our attention on we create the next reality. I'm seeing 2.1 as meaning there are certain areas of your relationship with X that you ought not promote if your trying to get her to see you as an employee, and then 2.2 says there are certain areas that are already in place which, once you activate them will serve your purpose very well. In short, I think 2.1 says, Don't call her saying, "Hey, I miss your friendship, lets have coffee," but rather 2.2 focus on the idea that you have a service to offer and she needs this sort of assistance. Then 19, You may have to Approach her, rather than waiting for her to call you.

I do agree 49.1.5 - 62 sounds like more opportunities emerging. As 49 is Revolution and 62 is Attention to Detai,l it reads to me as saying you will have no trouble finding new work, new details to attend to, but I think it also encourages you to consider what sort of work you really like, as Revolution.1.5 sounds like you could be providing your service in a new world that suits your desire perfectly. Like, you could be using the same talents to put together a jigsaw puzzel as to build a mosaic masterpiece.

Hex 2.1 This is about stopping any problems before they get out of hand, so if you see anything that could prevent you from working for X now is the time to fix it.

Hex 2.2 This line says that you have no need to make your self stick out in the eyes of X, your work record will speak for itself.

Hex 19 This says that the possibility of working for X is possible.


Hex 12 is the hex of stagnation, saying your job is going nowhere and will make you feel like you are a prisoner.

Thanks for your thoughts, they seem pretty spot on with my ideas on this. I especially like your way of seeing it as "...an empty field to plough and grow what you want in." Yes, this seems to fit in this current situation.

I hope I have prepared the groundwork for something different to arrive. This work is in the same field you see, slightly different but more or less the same. But I guess I'm looking to get up and out there more and network in order to better find something more suitable to my deeper interests. This would certainly be better paid.

Rosada! Nice to have you back. I also liked your insightful take on this hex combination.
The idea of the energy grid is great. Your interpretations of the lines in this context are also add some other dimensions which are quite accurate. it's quite funny really. This woman is actually rather beautiful and "trips my switches" shall we say but her personality doesn't match that beauty. Anyhow, I've learnt my lesson on that score, so, strictly business

And yes, Revolution is approaching in ways I'm not sure about. It may or may not be related to this person. I think it may lead on to other things eventually. Difficult to say right now. Yes, I'm definitely looking for a completely different line of work still, but for me to do that I need to earn much more money (don't we all?) which is why I'm looking at this lady's company and my work for her in the last few months.

Hi WF - thanks for your characteristically "to the point" interpretations which are much valued. I hope you're right in that things will naturally take their course...it's always tricky to know when to apply pressure, if at all...

We'll see what happens as I have an appointment with her next week. I'll come back with an update after that.
