Should I get plastic surgery?

Hi all,
I'm currently 26 years old and I hate looking so young. It's an insecurity of mine and now I've resorted to plastic surgery. I also wish to enhance my beauty and improve my facial features. I wish I could remain naturally beautiful, but I refuse to live my life looking like a 16 year old forever (sometimes I even get 12). For once, I just want to live my life looking like a woman and not a teenager. I get that when I'm older I will appreciate it, but it's literally been a struggle my whole life. My worst fear is being 40 and still looking like I'm in high school. Im Asian and 4'10" so it doesn't really help. At least what I can fix is my face to make me look somewhat like a woman.

Anyway, I've asked the yi for some help. It seems to encourage me to do so?

I asked, what do you think about me getting plastic surgery?

And the answer I got was,

Hexagram 45.3. To 31
31 is physical attraction isn't it

And then I asked for clarification and got
Hexagran 49 unchanging.
Wow! Literally changing and altering is what 49 represents.

I also asked, what would happen if I followed through with plastic surgery
And got 59.2 to 20 and 39 unchanging.

and please, I know some of you will lecture me on how I will appreciate it later, well that's great....but I'm not going to be 40 anytime soon and I want to enjoy living life as a normal 26 year old woman, and not having to fight and argue about my age to everyone I meet. Until you walked a day in my shoes, you don't realize the constant insults I get about looking like I'm 14-16. No one believes me when I say I'm 26, they think I'm full of it and lying. It's a living hell. I just wish it could stop.

Thanks, please and thank you for your interpretations :)

45.3 says someone feels they are an outsider - perhaps this is you not being recognized as an adult - and that this is a "slight humiliation" and the way to deal with it is to align with someone who is the leader of the group. If this doesn't mean literally hanging out with older friends perhaps it means doing things to make you a part of an "older" crowd - like having your hair done in an older person's fashion or wearing expensive jewelry that one would not expect to see on a teenager. Or perhaps in means consulting with a plastic surgeon but as the comment is that this condition should only be considered a "slight humiliation" it seems to me the I Ching is not urging the procedure.

Perhaps it would be helpful to ask the I Ching, "What are the benefits of my looking so young?"

Aside: It occurs to me that you might come up with a few lines to have handy when this subject comes up like, "Thank you. Yes, I know I look young. I've spent a fortune on plastic surgery. ;)"
Also make a conscious effort to act like a grown up. For example when you ask a favor of someone, such as asking for help with an I Ching reading, the adult thing to do when you receive a reply, is to then write some sort of acknowledgement to the poster that you read and appreciated their time and effort, even if it is just a tap on the "thank you" button. Only a naive teenager would simply take the gift and disappear. Perhaps you aren't ready to be considered an adult?

One-year update: As I'm getting closer to 30, I actually want to look younger. So it's a compliment to be told that I look 18-19. :)

Yes indeed, that was immature on my end. I will take responsibility for that! I appreciate everyone's responses and Olga, no I never proceeded to plastic surgery lol. As yi had said in my readings, it would be humiliating. I do remember that last year, I did walk into a few plastic surgeon's offices and the staff all looked at me all crazy and were so shocked to hear that someone actually wanted to look older. It was definitely the first for all of them lol. But now that I'm 27 and three years away from 30, I certainly don't mind looking younger now. As cliche as it may sound, looking younger does pay off as you start to age. I was also surprised to hear that some of my girlfriends that are my age are already having botox!! I certainly won't have to worry about botox at all (not that there's anything wrong with it or anyone that does it).

And yes, how you carry yourself as a woman helps. Energy is everything!

May I ask you what is your main diet? :flirt:

What do you eat? What do you avoid? How many hours a night do you sleep?

Aww thanks for asking! :) Honestly, it just comes down to genetics and self-care. While many women my age are getting drunk and partying every weekend, I have limited myself to a drink here and there every once in a while. Just a glass of wine or a small cocktail socially. :)

Also, what really helps is that I don't smoke. And of course, you can't forget sunscreen!! That's probably my best tip for preventing aging is to put on some spf!! I've seen plenty of women in their 40's that could easily pass as 25 because they always put on sunscreen before leaving the house (even in the winter!).

And always take off your makeup!! Having a skincare routine is crucial!! No matter what, always take care of your skin at night because that is when your skin is at rest and the skin cells are renewing.

As for diet, I always go for green tea instead of coffee because of the antioxidants that it brings. Green smoothies/juices are a must too! I'm not vegan, but I do love to incorporate a lot of raw, organic healthy foods to my diet. Then again, I also have plenty of cheat days when I do splurge and eat out. Once again, it just comes down to genetics, sunscreen and drinking plenty of water! If you google the difference water can make for your skin, you'll be shocked! As women, we're supposed to keep ourselves hydrated so that our skin and hair could look its best!

And lastly, sleep is so important too! I always try to go for at least 7/8 hours a day. Meditation, yoga and positive thinking also immensely helps. The energy you carry for yourself could also affect how youthful you look!

Aging is going to happen unforunatetly, even to me one day. But at least there are plenty of ways to keep up a self-care routine that will prolong your youthful looks! And one thing I will say is that it's okay to embrace aging! Meryl streep is still gracious and beautiful! :)

Personality is everything, looks will fade but the only thing that will remain is your heart and what you've done for this world and others. Like the usual saying says, "Let's work on becoming smart vs. beautiful! Smart will last longer anyways!" :)

It s exactly my lifestyle :)

No wonder people have always looked at me astonished when I told the. My real age

Over the last three years though I have changed my face
Could be due to worse eating and lack of drinking and sleeping
