Since the beginning of the year, I have experienced several outages there they are at least several weeks apart. I was wondering what is going on with the ISP?
Why are there several Spectrum outages this year in New York? 34.2.3 Great Vigour/Strength/Abundance to 51 Shock/The Arousing/Thunder/Moving/Exciting Power.
34.2 speaks of being accurate and firm.
34.3 speaks of the subordinates doing things the managers told them not to.
51 speaks of the subscribers founding out they are not connected.
Is it saying that the ISP is doing their best with their technicians, but the subscribers are surprised with their offer?
What is happening with Spectrum? 26.1.2 Great Taming/Great Accumulations/Great Nourisher to 52 Stilling/Mountain/Arresting/Immovable.
26.1 speaks of the ISP should not do anything further.
26.1 speaks of the carriage without straps, i.e. their vehicle has been stalled.
52 speaks of the ISP not to do anything.
Is it saying that the ISP should stop with their expansion and stay within their boundaries?
