"Stalk Divination: A Newly Discovered Alternative to the I Ching"

I stumbled across a book I had never heard of before and was wondering if it is worthwhile to buy it.
It seems to be a completely different text than Zhouyi, but still related to stalk divination and hexagrams.
Does anyone know about it?
