Should I tell the CEO that the analyst is not sharing info with me?

Hexagram 47.3.5 to 32

I feel like this is advising me not to as it might cause issues, and is suggesting I keep my mouth shut.

Should I consider accepting the offer even though its lower than my current?

44.3.5 to 64

I think this says do not argue my case for why the salary should be higher or why I cannot accept it? Line 5 says there is no forcing on my part as "good in you will transform others inferior elements without forceful effort on" my part. So I should be careful what I say to him?

My experience has been that the I Ching does not give yes or no answers but it can give you a picture of your circumstances and then hopefully you can make a decision . These hexagrams seem to me to be describing your situation as one where you are 47.3 unsupported and 47.5 fearful of calling attention to your state. 32. Suggests if you do nothing the circumstances will continue and possibly even if you do nothing will change.

64. Describes things still being in the negotiation stage so it sounds like it wouldn’t be bad for you to talk about the salary .

Thanks, I have accepted an offer elsewhere and decided to resign. I voiced my opinions to another partner in the firm but the person I have to work with does not seem to want to collaborate. There are times he wants to throw me under the bus and always has tricks up his sleeves. Don't have the time or patience for that.
