sounds like a good book. i like a book that is clear and easy to read- not so much for dummies but for those who just want understandable practical interpretation.while not straying from original message/text. i imagine hilary's will be like that, though i have not received it yet

the sorrells did the best at this kind of thing......anyone know where the Sorrells are now? they seem so strangely to have disappeared...there used to be an internet way to find them, but all google does is refer to their one book, no new info about where they are, what they are doing. maybe they divorced, maybe they no longer counsel with the yi, maybe they are no longer doing any kind of writing/teaching; just wondered if any one knows. i used to have corresondence with Amy. sorry to de-rail thread, Luis! apologies

You too? I used to correspond with them in the old Compuserve, before the Web as we know it now, back in the early 90's, even before they published their book. Also, I used to receive their newsletter. I wish I had saved some of those (maybe I have and they're buried somewhere in the basement--got to check) I lost track of them, completely, by the late 90's or early 00's.

Usually I don't like changing the sequence or the numbering of hexagrams. But this one has one nice idea: numbering them according to the trigrams. If you have a number for each trigram, Heaven 1, Earth 2 or so, you have only 8 numbers to remember. Hex.11 would then be nr. 21, hex.12 nr. 12.

I would like to have a look in the book, but it was not available. So looked at the answers on their own website (by Claire, his wife), and that was not very inspiring. I love the cover though...
