Thyroid nodules

Hello - any additional information on how this turned out? I just asked if I have cancer because I have nodes on my Thyroid. Would love to know if I am going to die.

Hello Melissa...I can understand you being worried, but Poised never said her kitty had thyroid nodules, so one thing has nothing to do with the other, other than (I assume) you cast the same reading. Did you?

About the reading...what has your doctor said? I just Googled and found out mostly these aren't cancerous, but can be sometimes. If you got 18.3 - and Yi is describing the nodules - I think if it were me I'd find it comforting. But there are many things we don't know, and of course we are not doctors.

But actually this is what Poised said:

Took Andy to the vet today. She took a very long time examining him, found many strange little nodules under his skin and probably in his intestine. Her first question was, was he ever shot with buckshot? I felt the nodules too, quite a few of them, I think not quite that hard.

Nodules, but not thyroid ones.

Regardless, your reading (and anyone else's) belongs in its own thread. Any thread in Shared Readings is about one person's situation and the readings he or she did about it. Threads have individuals' names on top. I can understand why Poised's caught your attention, but one situation has nothing to do with the other. Plus, I linked back to Poised's so people know where you came from.
