How about something like "Limiting the Waiting"? Applying on a given day means you're on the list ahead of everyone who applies the next day. You'll at least start inching your way up, one day's worth of applicants at a time. If that's even how it works. If you don't get the inching process started, you'll lament.

"Inching process" seems like 60, because the nodes on bamboo are like a crude ruler, divided into segments

Floranova, I sincerely hope that you do not decide right now that you are going to be poor for the rest of your life. I say this with a loving heart. (to m.e., you are just a babe!, my daughter is 3 years older.) Your brain will continue to grow in size for another three years. With dedication, you can definitely improve your life.

About five years before you were born, a friend & roommate of mine decided to move to Portland and go to University. He still hasn't earned his degree. (know the joke from Portlandia about where 25 y/o's go to retire?) He decided on an unhealthy, self induldgent and therefore self-defeating lifestyle at an early age and has stuck with it.

Oh, absolutely not. I refuse to turn out like the rest of my family. There is a part of me that's very determined but it gets a wet blanket thrown over it every now and then. I asked yi where I was at in my life in general and got hexagram 24uc which was such a comfort to me. I can only go up from here. This is as dark and cold as it gets.
