Hi becalmWhat success would I have in resolving this issue by communicating with the Supervisor and adding the Owner into the emails
Hex 61.1.2.5>23
This reading looks very positive to me and Hex 23, for me, would be peeling back the layers of the issue/s I have because it's not just a 'One thing can fix it'.
I believe in being firm and correct in my dealings and not playing the blame game or having one person taking accountability. I did try to say my frustration was part of the issue, which is true, but also if she made the changes no one would be frustrated.
Line 1 - I'm comfortable with where I am about things in myself and just looking to sort it out
Line 2 - The younger ones responding in a positive way - everyone else that I work with is under 30 plus I work with children
Line 6 - For some reason I feel like this line is about the Owner being supportive of the changes I want
"Dear Supervisor" is a very good start. Thanks my_key so true.
It might not come across it on here, because mostly when I post I’m potentially frustrated with something, but anything like this email my words are always very ‘measured’
I thought I’d lead with
Dear Supervisor,
Whilst you need a good smack across the back of the head, let’s have a look at how we can find resolution to prevent that happening
What do you think???!!!!!!
I'm sorry for coming in a bit late to the game, but what is the issue you are trying to resolve? What success would I have in resolving this issue ....
I guess not. It seems your view of this is that your supervisor doesn't like you, and may now HR and even the boss feel the same? If this is true, then I know what I'd be doing, even without the Yi's advice. It doesn’t matter now does it,.
I don't actually think they dislike me (although I haven't met HR) I just think they'd prefer someone that comes in and doesn't want to upset their equilibrium.I guess not. It seems your view of this is that your supervisor doesn't like you, and may now HR and even the boss feel the same? If this is true, then I know what I'd be doing, even without the Yi's advice.
Thanks diamant - I haven't quite worked out what's going to make me feel better about this so at this point I'm not doing anything. I always try and sit with things like this for a week because that gives you time to process the moment, deal with your emotions and then see how you feel.Resulting 23 didn't sound good indeed Sorry to hear all this.
There's absolutely no way to force lazy/useless people to change unfortunately.
And they do get pissed off when you point out their uselessness.
In my experience, no matter what you say, or how you say it, you can't 'win' with people-of-the-lie, and they're not worth the effort and stress. Then again, whatever makes you feel better.
