Curious if anyone would like to share their most commonly received hex of the year and maybe say something about what this common thread has meant for you in 2016, if anything. I am still very new to this forum and to consulting I Ching, but I have been enjoying learning from it and notice patterns in my readings that I know will become clearer to me over time. I also love new beginnings and looking back at what I've learned and how I can bring that forward with me.
My most commonly received hex in my brief 4 months of consulting is 52 - Keeping Still. This has been a part of my answer to so many questions including those involving my job search, whether I should look for another apartment, what would happen if I stopped consulting, and what would happen if I continued, among other things. Looking back, I feel 52 represents what I have been doing-- settling in a new city-- but also what I have needed to do. I've seen 52 be described as a road block on this forum by others, but I've experienced it now in various situations as a sort of call to become centered even in moments when I felt I needed to act. By being still, every situation worked itself out without my effort to influence it. I've been learning a lot from 52.
