I am trying to ask different questions, all around my broken relationship.

I have a persistent thought that we are not broken definitevely at same time I am surrdendering, accepting, we broke our relationship.

Then today I asked, where are we heading as a couple / relationship? I mean we would come back one day, it is broken forevere, what?

Hex 10.2.6 >17

I read :

Thus i think the tiger can be any more powerful force/person you need to watch your step around. I suppose I'm seeing 10 in terms of power where you are seeing it more in terms of lesser/greater merit.

In this case he is the tiger, the one more with more power I guess..

This hex stresses proper conduct, watching your step. Now even if someone is say a better piano player than you you wouldn't necessarily need to behave yourself around them would you ? You watch your step cos its bigger than you.

Then line 6

10.6
Look at your conduct and weigh the favorable signs.
When everything is fulfilled, supreme good fortune comes

I like this:

"To see what is ahead, look at what is behind, for it is one's past conduct that will influence future events."

I've a feeling that we are going to meet,

This simple looking hexagram indicates that you may be about to get involved with something a little risky. There is very little danger if you move in small steps. "Fools rush in". Pay attention to every signal and sign someone gives you and you'll be glad you did. Keep in mind though: This hexagram isn't telling you to avoid risk. On the contrary, the appearance of this hexagram acknowledges that risk taking can be very exciting. The stage is set for adventure. Enjoy the risk! Flirt with it! Be a tease. But keep your wits about you, and take things slowly. Use your head and you'll be able to transform fear into love and excitement. Incredible things can be sparked by small shifts in attitude. Go ahead and take that step -- but make it a small one.

hexagram 10. A consequence of hierarchy is the need for everyone to 'know their place' in that the slightest movement 'away' from that place can be a threat to the overall structure. Thus with hexagram 10 we have a focus on treading, on conduct, following a path 'carefully' where the path reflects the bounds of one's realm (see the generic properties for 10 given below where one of the related hexagrams is hexagram 47).

the changes to line 2 indicate: "Steady Perseverance Toward Love" - The path to love is long and difficult. This line indicates that one who quietly focuses on the task at hand will be successful. Being true to oneself is indicated here, along with a warning not to be distracted by a dream-like, idyllic view of how love is supposed to look.

The changes to line 6 indicate: "Enjoying the Journey" - Opportunities in love arise by enjoying the step you are on. Withdraw attention from the future. One's overall conduct throughout a relationship or the pursuit of one is most important. The highest love comes for the one in which each step of the journey has been honored

The generic properties of hexagram 10 reflect the mixing of the generic properties of hexagram 58 with the generic properties of hexagram 47.
The generic properties of hexagram 58 are self-reflection doubled and that means intensity, self-reflection is thus dual in form, as reflecting upon oneself but also as being a mirror for others to see themselves in you. These base properties are mixed with a sense of being 'penned-in' (generic characteristics of 47) and the result are the generic properties we associate with hexagram 10.

Hex 17
The act of 'following' is often seen as a lesser state to 'leading'. This hexagram reminds us that this is not always the case. Through following at this time, we may acquire great knowledge. Accept new input and a relationship or romance will benefit. While it may not be your inclination to follow in this case, these lines remind us that through humility and patience we can become a willing learner . Cultivate wisdom. The lessons you learn will improve your self-esteem and romance will give you solid ground to stand on. Learn new ways to communicate and interact. With a willingness to follow and learn, a positive energy will develop at this time. A failure to listen, or observe others, will have negative results.

hexagram 10 complements hexagram 06.
This pairing reflects compromise in the need for self-discipline expressed in the conduct required in hexagram 10, and the formal discipline imposed by a social legal system.
he situation is really difficult. That which is strongest and that which is weakest are close together. The weak follows behind the strong and worries it. The strong, however, acquiesces and does not hurt the weak, because the contact is in good humor and harmless.

In terms of a human situation, one is handling wild, intractable people. In such a case one’s purpose will be achieved if one behaves with decorum. Pleasant manners succeed even with irritable people.
