Why did I have that premonition?

I had the strangest thing happen to me. I had a premonition about someone that I didn't know and then I later encountered that person in real life. I then had another premonition about the future and this person. It has left me reeling and I don't know what to make of it.

Why did I have that premonition?

Nine at the top means:
The rain comes, there is rest.
This is due to the lasting effect of character.
Perseverance brings the woman into danger.
The moon is nearly full.

Did I have it because I'm somehow "loyally attached" to this person? Line 6 appears to be saying that after a period of nothing happening, something happens. Did I have the premonition because I needed to know this, that something would happen later? I'm stuck in a big way here.

It isn't a bad reading but it confuses me.

I asked a clarifying question which was: I could have had a premonition about anyone. Why this person specifically? 11.3 to 19

No plain not followed by a slope.
No going not followed by a return.
He who remains persevering in danger
Is without blame.
Do not complain about this truth;
Enjoy the good fortune you still possess.

?? The line is about inner strength but that doesn't seem to answer the question as to why THIS person was involved.

Perhaps you are beginning prepared to have your intuitive skills take a leap forward. The pattern usually goes thus: first you have some intuitive awarenesses about things that aren't very important. So I think this esxperience about the neighbor is not significant because it was about this particular person, but it may be significant because it shows your abillities to receive are strengthening.
9.5 Says to me that it was no mistake it was your neighbor.
9.6 Says there is no further meaning than that. Not to stress or push for more. You passed the test.
