Hi all, hope all is well.
I wanted to pick your brain yet again on something.

I was looking for a job for a while and back in June I found a freelance opportunity. It’s been three months already and I have to say that the majority of the time I am not enjoying this work. I actually quite hate it sometimes. I am working remotely. The boss is not a great communicator. Every time I ask for clarification she gives me attitude and gets annoyed and irritated with me. There were days when I cried out of frustration.
So about a month ago I started looking for something different and I applied for different positions. I had some interviews. I ended up not taking those positions. Since I thought they were not that great of a change.
However, there is this one particular company that is sort of chasing after me. They’ve been in contact with me for almost 2 weeks every other day trying to find time to interview me. I was very puzzled to why is this happening. Why universe keep sending this opportunity back to me? Why the company just didn’t give up and decided to to interview someone else? Why me? The company does not really excite me either and I don’t think that if I go for them I will be getting anything better than I have now.
I asked the question “what is this all about?” Why is this company keep chasing after me, what is this for? I received 7.1.2.4/51.
I honestly can’t come up with any interpretation. How to apply “army” as an answer to my question. I’m confused. Can you guys please help me out to understand it?
Or Does the Oracle point to my current situation? Does it want to tell me that I have to discipline myself and be like an army and continue working for this woman? If so, it sounds like a very cruel advice because I am sometimes physically hurting after a day of work with her because she just annoys the crap out of me and I’m so confused, I’m so frustrated. She makes me feel so stupid. I get really angry and upset and like I mentioned I cry and this week with all honesty I called out for three days in a row saying that I’m sick.

7.4 - Use the time that you have now to rest, reflect and reorganise. What has happened in the past cannot be changed but use what you can from previous experiences.What can you let go of? What can you move towards? There is no rush however you are encouraged to use this time wisely to launch a new campaign.

You may need to address old fears or attitudes (57) but remember that this is a time for rousing self talk, re organisation and a stirring up of your old stale, spent or outworn approaches to life.

I sense this may be a good opportunity for you, but you need to get past their 'courting' you, and do what's needed to find out what's there for you. When you talk about them trying for weeks to interview you, it makes me wonder - are you feeling down, or fearful, and this is keeping you from fully exploring what's possible here? I suggest you need to act, even if it's just having an informational interview with them.

Oofff, my_key, so much heady stuff in your reply. I’m a bit overwhelmed. I am grateful you brought it up. Reading your opinion is the first step on reevaluating myself and breaking off the stale ways.
Dfreed, I had an interview with them. It went more like interrogation - lol - the interviewer was very stern, to the point and dry, very army-like. I felt a bit overwhelmed. It felt like they were ready to hire me on the spot, but I retreated and didn’t accept the offer. They were not offering a salary I needed.

Interesting you got 51. Shock as your second hexagram. The interviewer (7.2) was coming on like thunder (51) but you were able to remain calm and not fall in line (7.4) for a foot soldier's salary!
