Hi Everyone, I'm new here. I live in London, UK. Here, the education system is very competitive and, unless you are rich you find yourself competing to get into one of the very few remaining Grammar schools. You gain entry by passing a 2 hour exam - 1 hour Literacy, 1 hour Maths. My son is very bright, he joined MENSA at 3 years old but finds learning via traditional means restrictive. He is having maths tuition once a week and I need to find him an English tutor to get him up to speed for the exam. I'd like insight into whether he can succeed in getting into his school of choice.
