"Will there ever be a future for us?" 20.1

Life seems to pull us apart all the time, and despite all the mixed signals, she never really reciprocated my attention. I've heard she's with someone right now, I don't know the details but I don't want to know them either.

I wrote in the past about this, and every one who's answered to my thread, seemed to give me encouraging readings. But when faced to reality, it doesn't look so. It doesn't seem meant to be.

This is the last question I will ask in regards to this matter.

Well, I'm still in a slump, so I come back thinking about this relationship. It's damn difficult lately to have any positive thought.

I asked a new question, concerning this relationship.
"is it auspicious to give up on a relationship with J? To stop thinking of her and hoping?"
I got 55.5.6
When I ask questions about myself, I usually have a great difficulty understanding what the hexagrams mean to say. It looks like I have a lot more clarity when reading for other people. This is, once again, another of such cases.

I just can't undertand whether it's giving me a big thumbs up, and encouraging me to stop thinking about this relationship, or if it's telling me, once again, to wait and be patient.

Instead of asking for help with a new question, perhaps you could first respond to the help you have received. Several people have given their comments to this post and previous posts that you have not responded to.

I don't mean to be ungrateful for the time and effort you put into replying to my posts. I don't know what to say, frankly. I just don't understand how to read it all.

For the longest time, I got the impression that the I-Ching kept telling me that this can happen, but that I shouldn't be doing anything right now. One post I wrote in here had people telling me that this reading was completely misguided. Maybe I colored my impression by casting way too many hexagrams, and unfortunately I didn't adequately keep track of all my castings. The first ones sure seemed to point at that direction.

Regarding patterns, what I see is that there is some stinted "magnetism" between me and her when we're together in person, but then when we're distant nothing happens at all. I haven't seen her in about 6 months, for a reason or another. She won't answer to my messages, if sparsely, and I stopped writing to her. I've heard she's currently in a relationship. I'm willing to bet it's a superficial one since there's no trace of this person anywhere on her social media. I will probably see her again during holidays, and I don't know what to make of myself, how to behave, what to do.

In general, my social life seems cursed by some sort of black magic. No attempt at bonding with anyone sticks. Friends, potential dates, even relatives. Only my nuclear family seems to keep in touch with me. I'm frustrated on multiple fronts. I feel desperately alone.

Sometimes it is better to just put the I Ching aside for a while and not look for answers.
Although I believe that the Yi always gives a perfect answer, we are not always able or willing to see or understand that answer.
Continuing to ask about the same topic shows that the answer cannot or will not be seen. In my opinion, it is then important to look at why that is. For example, do you want to face what you actually already know? Are you willing to hear a No?
Sometimes the hope for an affirmative answer can be so great that anything that deviates from it cannot be accepted. Read back Rosada and My_key's interpretation and see what that does to you. Also re-read the interpretations you got on previous posts and ask yourself if you can actually take what is said there. I believe the question

"is it auspicious to give up on a relationship with J?

will be answered automatically then.

Based on the above, I would advise you to talk to someone who can help you in a professional way, instead of you continuing to ask questions of the Yi.
