Hello all

I have had this issue for a while now,
I work with a company that are overseas I had a relationship with the manger now for about 2 years. I am actually very good friends with her

I get the work done for a good price but working with them is really like pulling hens teeth
Its so frustrating alot of the time the work looks their is no effort put in. I need to go through every detail every job

To get to the point
she does not read emails properly
They continually make the same mistakes everytime
The manger is not checking the work performed and basicaly send it through and leaves it up to us to check
If you have 5 tasks the usually 2 w or 3 will get done never all 5

I usually get a good final result but only after alot of frustration and yelling
I really cant take much more
finding new designers is a big hassle but I have really had enough, there is a language barrier as well but that is not really the issue.
I just feel like the manager is in the wrong job like she is obviously mnot explaining things properly and she is not checking the work. I feel like she is just forwarding emails
I am vrey good friends with her ,

I asked the yi should I change designers recieved 48 unchanging I wanted more info & asked what do I need to know and recieved 43.4.5> 11

I think yi is tellling me to calm down but I have really tried everything and she just wont change the way she does things

I feel your pain! nothing is more frustrating, especially when you are doing a lot of work but others dont know exactly what it is you do even when you explain it them.

it seems speaking up is needed for peace and release (because 11 can have a lot of energy in it.)

48 reassures you that finding a new designer wont take away the connection you have with her. Why do any of us stay in bad situations, mostly because we are afraid of losing someone or something. the well says you wont lose the connection, I think in the wiki wing it says something along the lines of needing to build structures like the wooden brace and setup the rope and pitcher so you can get to the connection.

I am going through the exact same thing, friendship sure makes business decisions harder to make. I got 43.5 in reading circle and tiger clarified how this line can mean taking the middle way. that would mean no need to go into details of her incompetence (you probably already know that) just make the decision based on what is at the core, this situation sounds like it just isnt working and thats a solid reason to go with another designer.

Given the nature of the difficulty, I'd be inclined to see 48 as representing the available talent pool. That could mean this out-source's talent pool or a much larger talent pool from which I could select.

(second reading) I'd have an explicit discussion with her, making a clear distinction between your friendship and your expectation of her performance, being specific in your critique, without attacking her personally.

I believe workers, from top to bottom, have a right to know what good performance looks like, and where they stand with the company.

Line 4 and 5 of 43 present, what I see as a bit of cleverness; asking, which do you wish to be, an objective and clear thinking administrator, or a dear sweet friend?

Be not fooled that all is always well in 11, nor that it necessarily tells you to cool it. You appear as heaven, and she as earth, and she is clearly sitting over you. Now, that's cool, if there's no professional issues being held down. But that friendship might make you feel like your hands are tied where pragmatic business performance is concerned. Moving lines in 43 suggest not to jeopardize your feelings with work.

Thankyou so much for your response, I have taken it all on board things are better at the moment.
I think I need to distance myself in relation to the friendship and the business relationship
I havent decided to change design comapnies but I think if I need to I will be able to
