work hexagram 32 unchanging

Hmmm, I am hoping some of you with a little more insight to a way for me to understand hexagram 32 in relation to my questions. It amazed me that I received it twice for two different questions. That's a first for me. I've always thought of 32 as a great relationship hexagram. But work? The questions were "what is the best way for me to deal with this situation at work? " and "is the lie that was told about me the result of a karmic debt I owe?" So work has always been pretty smooth. No real stress. I like majority of the people I work with. Its a very diverse atmosphere, so people from all backgrounds and walks of life. At times it can be a little challenging but I am always learning and I see that as good.
Now yesterday someone started spreading a malicious, yet ridiculous lie about me. Two co-workers came to me and let me know. I've never had a problem with the person who started the lie. I don't really care for the person because they seem to have a shady character. But I've always been pleasant with them and vise versa. I said I'm going to confront this person. It makes no sense. One of the other co-workers called a supervisor to let them know I had an issue. Home life and just learning and surviving is hard enough. I really like a peaceful atmosphere as possible. This is annoying and frustrating. But 32? Does this mean there will be lasting lies and disrupted harmony or that the peace at work between co-workers will once again be back to normal. Thanks.

32 could also be telling you that you should keep doing things how you've been doing them - by trying to maintain peace around you. When others get pissy about you, it's their problem. They have a problem with you, so don't go poke them, you don't need that persons validation that they think of you as you want them to - not everybody is going to like people who want to keep peace. I am prone to wanting harmony at work as well and this often happens - some people just want to poke those they don't understand. Stay strong and endure, don't do anything out of character
