Work related 41.2.4-21

I have had this problem for a long time.
I work for a company P taking care of plants in corporations.
I only have 2 accounts V and O
In this job I get paid hourly but can make extra money with commissions.
But I found out you have to write the commission yourself to get the money.
The problem is both my jobs have contact with my boss B and sometimes she takes the commission.
I don't trust her because one time she and another girl where at my job V. I was fairly new and didnt know how to write up new sales she had the other woman write it up ( who was her personal friend outside work)
I waited for the commission and finally called the main company to ask where it was. I was lucky it was not paid yet but was scheduled to go to this other woman.that is when I was told how the system worked. In other words my B did not tell me this or remind me of this. I had to ask my boss B to change it over to me.which she did but it should not have happened in first place.
She also did 2 other things since then ( grabbed 1/2 a commission and a whole one) .
I don't trust her and it makes things very uncomfortable for me. If a gone has ever waitressed it is a situation where another worker "steals" your table or doesn't seat anyone in your section and seats them in her section.
I asked about her in the past and the yi told me not to do anything at the time but to keep on eye on I
The situation. I try to but she still seems to get away with this

Now another situation is here. Plants have to be removed, company V asked me I had to ask her cause I don't know all options and now she is main contact.
I asked a general question about what I should do and got the 41-21.
This has been bothering me for a long time and I don't know what to do.
So 41 decrease , 2 small bowls, undertaking something so don't just sit around, perhaps express my concerns, the sentiment of the heart,

Update: this worked out great in one way for me, the company V declined our services in moving the plants and just tied them back out of the way.
I didn't update sooner because I was trying to understand the reading and be less emotional about my boss.

So actually in the meantime a there is a new saleswoman for my territory and I got another account. She is very excited to try to get new accounts in my area so I think as far as the reading goes let it go about my boss and try to help the new saleswoman (which I have done and am doing) and it will come back to me. So no worries about this I would say for me with this reading.
