Your Experiences with Unchanging Castings, Hexagram 16

my period was unusually late, almost two weeks behind, and i'm quite regular so started to worry. asked what's up, where is it? 16 uc. i got it the next day, all was fine.

I am renting a house where I have to pay rent + a fixed amount for bills.
This year, because of corona virus and other matters, I have been in the house for only 4 weeks since January, so I thought about asking the landlord for a discount on bills.
I got 16 un.
Landlord replied saying that his work is not going well but since I haven't been there all this time he believes my requests are based on solid motives, so yes, I can have a discount.
He said I can pay him 20€ less in total. Total discount since January 20€.
Let me just point out I don't live in Asia or Africa, where 20€ mean something. I live in a European capital, I can't even have dinner with 20€.
So 16 un can have a ridiculous touch to it. I still can't believe he suggested that.

Last night at around 2am I was still awake in bed, as I’ve been sleeping erratically. I’d been watching a tv drama in bed and then turned it off to try and sleep. Suddenly I was aware of noises and heard one of the downstairs doors creak. Soon after I heard what I thought were footsteps on the stairs. I wasn’t alone in the house as my mother and son were both asleep in their rooms, and my mum’s dog (who sleeps in her room with her) usually barks at any strange noises. Still, I got up and peeped out of my bedroom door. I heard the cat flap go downstairs. The cat? Or someone pretending to be a cat?!? I locked my door and sat on the bed, listening intently. I asked yi if there was someone in the house or was it safe. 16uc.
there was no one in the house...! I assume it was my mum’s cat (although if so she’d make a terrible cat burglar)

Years ago I got heavily into the works of Neville Goddard, who was an author and motivational speaker during the New Thought movement, which encourages the use of the imagination to bring what you want to pass in the physical world using affirmation, belief, visualization and prayer. I asked something along the lines of what is Neville actually doing in these techniques he teaches, and received 16 unchanging.
Ever since then I view 16 as the imagination, and in clear contrast to 15, ‘what is’.
The imagination could be written off as fanciful thinking, but many such as Abraham Hicks, Joseph Murphy and Neville Goddard see it as a first stage as to what manifests physically, so to some and in some cases 16 could just seem like an inspired moment, but the potential and power in the hexagram is real if one understands the power of the imagination and the inner world to reflect itself in the physical.

I received 16uc this morning, having woken up early after a week of a heavy cold/flu & it's been feeling distinctly autumnal here (after a record breaking heatwave last week)
I asked about far future possibilities for myself, beyond this situation (family, bills, household, the daily grind of being a singular parent to a neurodiverse family & my own health, had to stop HRT for early meno, have spinal calc & trapped or pinched nerves etc) and later in my life (I'm not even 50 yet!) & I was thinking about places to visit, gatherings, books to write, projects, groups to join, workshops to attend etc
Also, I have the sense of something bright coming, that opens things up more for us, so the 16uc fits perfectly with that optimistic bright dreaming that helps shape the future, but needs more preparation to come into being & a careful eye on the tiller, but right now, 16uc says let the effervescence Fizz up!
If you don't dream of it, you'll never conceive it!
Of course, a friend texted me "Happy New Moon in Virgo and Happy Mercury Direct" this morning, and what can I say but that a New Moon and Mercury going direct after months of retro & standstill fits 16uc perfectly!
(Also, I often get uc when the moon is 'void of course', as in making no aspects to major stellar bodies)
Also, theres a lovely morning sun streaming in the window, settling into due east equinoctal positions, pure balancing harmony
The summer has felt very heavy, heavy weather, awful disasters around the world, fires, floods, earthquakes, rising cost of living; optimism is certainly needed & one needs 16uc moments to dream, to be motivated for the future, to imagine BEYOND present circumstances & yes there's a time for planning, figuring out what is feasable & realistic & the steps towards that & there's a time for enthusiastic full colour, light, sound and bling (like a Mardi Gras parade), to just enliven, encourage & bring HOPE
I often wonder if hexagram 16 does reference an ancient festival parade, where dancers dressed up, with masks & stamped on the earth & rattled, drummed, ullullated, screeched, waving flags & streamers of various colours in the wind?
A parade to visit the graves, dress them & leave gifts, perhaps? Libations, flowers, fruits of the harvest, moon cookies
Perhaps the 16uc is also about that inner riotous phantasmagoric parade of creativity inside of us; it's important to be connected to it & to listen, to go with it & to join in - Go dance around the 'Fairy Forts' in the moonlight!
It also reminds me that there is a title on a traditional Irish dance tune "Get Up Old Woman and Shake Yourself" & to me, thats a 16uc title
