Hm. I am not really sure how to read this one here. There is obviously the imagery of temptation and the 12 is blocked, I could read this simply as 'resist temptation', that would certainly make perfect sense. Wondering however if anyone sees anything useful in the lines themselves. Eat more fish perhaps?![]()
Reaching farther (since I don't know the answer to the question I just asked you), it's possible that 27 unchanging could mean that what you have in mind is not necessary...
Thank you all, I have thought about looking at the issue from all those sides and it's good to see echoes coming back. Lisa - I have thought that 'not being able to achieve this goal' may be the problem all along; although your version, 'not necessary' is somehow even scarier. Like, it doesn't matter if I am healthy and strong.
(btw, by optimal health and shape, I just mean being the best, healthiest and strongest version I can be, without going overboard; just really healthy and fit really)
I think the answer contains everything you all mentioned - pocossin - do it slowly and gradually but permanently
anemos - fighting the urges is energy expensive (so true!)
and lisa - it is not within my capabilities to achieve this (I have a long standing complicated health issues which is why I am struggling to do and be what seems normal and easy for most people e.g., recently a lady 10+ years my senior managed to achieve in sport what I can only dream about; I can't train hard as it just fatigues me and renders me useless for a long time and training slow and little never achieves the desired results)
