Psychologist sessions

Further to this thread https://www.onlineclarity.co.uk/friends/index.php?threads/ptsd.32732/

It's been absolutely draining and I promised myself I wouldn't continue with it if this happened.
I've found out it's extremely difficult to get the DSP so I'm not sure if it's even worth it - by the time I potentially get it I'll probably be a severe 'basket' case.
What if I continue using the counselling/psychologist sessions to sort myself out
52.6>15
Looks like it will still help me.

What if I continue to pursue the resources I need to make the DSP Applicstion
10.3.4.5>26
This looks like it's as difficult for me to achieve as I already suspect.

The fact that you find it draining might be resistance. That is doing this stuff hurts, changing hurts and so if change is occurring that might be a threat to you, subconsciously and so you may unknowingly seek to sabotage it or sabotage your own progress. Or, as Mykey would say 'it may be nothing like that at all'. Resistance in this kind of work is quite usual and so it's worth working through it probably. And people act out resistance in all sorts of ways, saying they can't for all sorts of reasons. If it were easy it probably wouldn't be changing anything in you.

52.6 though ?

'Great-hearted keeping still.
Good fortune.'

One could make a case for this meaning to stop, but on the other hand it isn't saying 'desist' it's more like simply being still with what is, which includes not altering things as they are. In wiki I see Liselle pointed out the 'great -hearted' bit can indicate that courage is needed and it probably is for you to go on.

10.3.4.5>26

It does look difficult but not I think impossible. I do think it's asking for great care (10), using resources and information available (26). In 10.3 one is possibly over confident and then in 10.4 one is under confident, treading with great trepidation and hardly daring to believe things will work out. Line 5 requires courage in going through a certain kind of exposure. Line 5 is a little bit of a mystery to me so maybe others have some ideas on that.

I'm biased because I want you to keep going to the psychologist and I want you to keep trying for the DSP. Looking at the question again though you weren't asking about final results exactly but the pursuit

What if I continue to pursue the resources I need to make the DSP Applicstion

I think 10.3.4.5>26 is quite a picture of pursuit, 10, following the tiger for the resources (26).

You have to hold to the belief you are actually entitled to the DSP, I think that's what 10.5 may refer to. That can be pretty hard and miserable, nobody wants to present themselves as in need really it goes against the instinct to show the best part of you. But it seems to me it's all worth doing and you need that assistance. Be careful and exact about how you approach this, there's no room for sloppiness says 10.3 (not saying you are sloppy) it really is like trading the tail of the tiger, scary, 10.4 so be bold too 10.5.

Thank you Trojina - no doubt about my habit to self sabotage.
My gf is adamant also that I follow through because I deserve the support of the DSP for more than one reason.

I wonder if 52.6 > 15 could be saying things will remain as they are that, yes, you're capable of doing that... not sure if it recommends or goes against. It sounds neutral.

10.3.4.5 is challenging, I think you're right about that. I'd guess 10.3 is the government process handling psychology badly; being "experts" in something they're not actually expert in and handling it badly. You needing to be cautious how you deal with them. 10.4 and 10.5 imply you'd figure it out, over time and with help. Tiger is hard to handle on your own! You'll need people to vent to and your psychologist would be a good support for the triggering aspects of the process. 10 + 26 are big assignments. I think you're right to be honest with yourself about that and to choose what's right for you. Maybe make a list of how this would all really benefit you, your concrete hopes for it, and see if it's worth rising to the challenge? I would expect 10 and (sometimes) 26 to feel easier to just 'not even go there' but it also implies the payoff could be worth a lot. Government will always be a tiger unfortunately! Sorry you have to jump through these hoops to simply be entitled to the care you need (and that this is such a common experience, I relate a lot.)

Edit: I'd also just add that it seems important not to just spill your guts and hope for the best. There's strategy involved here. The result might offer care but the process, it appears, will not. So maybe it cautions to not be overly open, to really think about (and get advice?) on what to reveal and when.

I also appreciate LiSe 10.5 (hope you don't mind if I share it)

9 at 5: Decisive treading. divination: danger.
When one's treading is strong and clear and decisive, one summons danger, but one also creates lasting values. The soft and half way is safer, but has only a short life with few accomplishments.
Do not always show your convictions right away though. Explore the situation, the ambiance, the feelings of the others. Find in every situation anew the best course of action

Hex 52 meaning 'stilling it'.
Hex 15 meaning ' being agile'

Nuclear 40 Release

Your situation if you continue with counsellingis being directed by deep movements towards relief and release (40). Your challenge though in all this is to be forgiving of yourself and others. Continuing counselling would be held in a context of authentic awareness that slowly allows you to become more flexible in your approach (15). Hex 52 also carries meanings of setting boundaries and being able to articulate your experiences. Not just voicing them but also finding a more natural, warm place for them to abide. Here you will be led towards a more stable and balanced world.

...or it may be nothing like this at all.
Good Luck

This is very true by the sounds. I had a counselling session today and spoke about how I felt I wanted to give up and we talked it out and she said it's not easy but she'll be there every step of the way with the application, apart from anything else.
So at the moment I'm continuing with it.
