This suggests to me that "they" see you as out of place. 64 is everything in order, but out of place. Line 3 reinforces this idea. It suggests you are seen as in the wrong situation. 50 suggests to me a new beginning. Or perhaps the Yi is advising you how to handle this situation. Sounds to me like you would have better luck achieving your goal in a different place within the company or at a different company. What do you think? Does this mnake any sense in light of your situation?

Hi garabrabg,

64.3's advice, even though you asked how the company sees you and what they think of your job, to me seems to be pointing to some form of completing a commitment. Is there something on either side of the situation, your's or the companies side, that would need work in the realms of a commitment? (A job that is not being completed or a boss that is not following through with raises etc.?) Is there a bridge that needs gotten across?

50 can be about what energy is put into something. The more you put into something, the richer it will become. Like a soup or like an essay. The more you put in, the more you get out of it. And not necessarily the amount but rather the content. Like feeding the fire some wood to keep the dinner cooking.

Any of this help or spark something?

This is from my experience:
63.4 rushes across the bridge, but it was the wrong thing to do.
63.4 advances too quickly in a solo fashion when help should have been called in.
63.4 needs help but does not stop to revise his or her plans towards the objective.

I hope this has been helpful.

Thanks DWF, Answeredquestions and Ginnie. I'm going to reflect on what you've written.
I feel myself out of place in this job and I'm trying to find a new beginning, a new place not in this company. I'm trying to build up new possibilities (I started a job as volunteer in a place where would like to work, next week I will start a specialization course and in june-july I will have to pass a qualification test to become a licensed psychologist), but if something is going to happen, it won't be in a short time.
I know I'm going to be overloaded of job, I had to take big decisions in a short time and this one seemed to be the best choice, even if it is an "uphill". I need to put a lot of energy in my activities...
Lise for 64.3 says
You can only cross the next river if the previous one has been mastered, so finish one thing before starting the next. Your mind should be able to focus, if it has to jump to and fro, nothing will be accomplished. And 'things' seem to have a mind of their own, they react to your lack of attention.
It seems a warning about having undertaken to many things in the same time, but I couldn't do otherwise. I needed to have a job, and this one was the only one open for me. I have to do the qualification test and the volunteer job helps me to have some experience and motivation to pass it. The specialization course, I could have waited next year, maybe, but I can afford it now because I have a job (it is an expensive course) and every year they change the place where they do it: this year it is in a town near where I live, next year I don't know where it is going to be. I could do a different course next year, but this one require a reasonable time commitment compared to other courses and I don't know what job I will do next year and if I'll be able to attend a course.
One last thing, in my actual company the organization chart is changing. I'm not an associate and I don't care to be, so there are no possibilities of raises. In june my contract will end, I'd like to find something else before that time, but the Yi seems to say that I'll have to complete my commitment :(.

It does seem to be hinting that if you complete this job thru to June when your contract ends, then you will have more success with moving on to the next step.

You got the meaning! Always it's a situation in which you couldn't have done otherwise!

I agree with AQ's post, just above.

My expereince with 50 has been a new beginning, and I think one awaits you. Hasn't hex 50 come up for you before with respect to this whole situation? You asked how the company sees you though, not what you should do. So I wouldn't put too much stock in this one as advice about what you should do here without clarifying things. I usually try to clarify with a follow up question. Could just mean the company sees you as eager to get out of there and move on to something new. Might not be saying anything at all about what you should do one way or another. Right? Just a thought. Either way, with nothing else lined up, of course finishing your contract is a good idea. I am also wondering if you had a personal goal when you took this position? Something you wanted to achieve at this company that you have not yet. Best wishes Garabrabg:)

I had 50 unchanging when I asked for the best first step to get hired where I'm doing my volunteer job, so I don't know if they can be related, but it is always about job...
It is a repeating hex in the last times,in the last days I had 50 whit other questions, but they are totally different. The day my father was going to sign the contract for the house selling I asked how it would have gone (it seemed that there could be some problems) and obtained 40.3,6>50 (and this is a big change and could be a new beginning).
Then I asked if an homeopathic cure I'm taking is the right one to resolve some health problems I have and obtained 50.1,3>38 (actually there could be a link: my problem is about energy, I don't sleep. There are other problems, but most of it is because of stress and my first source of stress is job. I need to get my mind free of it and it is not easy).
Next week I could have some news about the job I was speaking of here http://www.onlineclarity.co.uk/friends/showthread.php?t=14272 , if there can be opportunities in a short time or not.
In this company I don't have personal goals, I already worked for them last year and I accepted the job when they called me back just because I needed :( Anyway, a couple of weeks ago a teacher in the school where I work (she doesn't work for this company) told me that if I'm still there next year, there could be a project to realize for me. I told it to my boss, he asked to write something down, but I think I could do this project on my own, even if I won't work for them.
I just asked what I have to do whit my actual job and the answer was 43.4>5. To wait?

Yes, I would say that means wait. I'm sure there is more to it than that. I think line 4 of hex 43 may also refers to an insistence to reach your objective only on your own terms. Sometimes success comes in unexpected ways. 43.4 suggests to me you might want to be careful who you share your thoughts with, as one always should be. But more so, I think it could mean you should be more receptive to opportunities that may present themselves, even on the sidelines, as you wait. That you should stop planning so much on how this is going to work out. Perhaps the universe is getting things going for you and all your planning is interfering a bit:rofl:? I think this idea has come up for me in readings as well. For some reason, I get that feeling here.

I hope you get good news about that job from your old thread. Either way, it sounds like things are headed in a good direction. I think it is just taking time for all the elements to fall into place. I think just be patient. Stress is the worst for sleep, and even though stress might be the cause, a homeopathic could still help. Maybe Rescue Remedy would be good for you, or Rescue Sleep. Might help. I didn't look at the hexagram for that though. I usually use valerian for sleep, and it works really well for me. Sometimes use it during the day for stress, but be careful, it can make you sleepy. Rescue Remedy is a popular one, and I've heard great things about theanine. I supposed to help with relaxation and focus, so should be a good one for day stress while working. Always good to know your options.

The doctor has prescribed 4 remedies and one is a mix of Bach flowers (and rescue remedy is one of them). Now it is 10 days I started the cure, but I slept less than before, so I hope that in this case as well it is a question of waiting (tonight was better, even if I didn't sleep all the night). Valerian didn't work for me.
Thanks : Hug:

Well, I'm glad to hear you are making some progress. Don't give up on the valerian just yet. Check out the label for the one you tried. It didn't work for me the fist time I used it, but I had tryed a very low dose extract. Now, I do the tea, which smells kind of funny, but works really well. Or a higher potency might do the trick, and I've read somewhere that it's action is totally different if it is combined with Lemon Balm/Melissa. Or, maybe just isn't the right one for you. I love flowere essences though, and have had great luck with them on their own. Hope you do too:).
