Hexagram 47 unchanging for land purchase

Is this a definite no?
I have been wanting a place in this neighborhood for years and finally have a rare opportunity.
There were a few parcels that came up together and my reading for one of the smaller ones was amazing Hexagram 50.6 but someone got it first.
The Reading for this one, (still available) next to it was 47 Unchanging though.
The situation with the bigger one is more complex since i would partner with someone and then divide it later.
I've done lots of research and that seems costly but easy to do for that parcel.
Any insight into Hex 47 unchanging would be super helpful right now.

Hi! I think some more details/clues would be helpful to sort out the finer print on why 47 is showing up. 47 is a tree enclosed by walls—is the place ringed by a fence of any kind? That was my first thought, Yi just showing you a general description...but then you mention dividing the land, which does feel 47ish but in a perhaps more troublesome way. "There are words, not trusted," appears in the hexagram, which rings my alarm bells when you also write "I would partner with someone and then divide it later."

But I'm having trouble following your description, to be honest. Is this reading about the bigger parcel? The smaller? The one to be divided? Can you rewrite it, but while labeling everything "Parcel A," Parcel B," etc., and also making it clear which has the possible division and which you got this reading for? Also your exact question would be helpful.

47 unchanging also suggests draining, feeling drained, exhaustion, confinement. So, not so great. But it would be more helpful to know the wording of your question.

Yes... there could be so many meanings.

It could for example point to financial drain, you already mentioned the money issue.

Another topic which could also relate to your request and hex 47: Did you already check out the soil of the property, is it fertile enough resp. suitable for your undertakings?

Thank you mulberry. My original question for the smaller parcel "A" on 3/13/18:
"Yi, what is the image of me purchasing and owning the 1.8 acres that is part of the land in "x location" "x person" is selling to "y person" and her now partners? - 50.6 >32
My question last night for the larger parcel "B" was worded exactly the same substituting "a portion of the 6.5 acres" for "the 1.8 acres". - 47 Unchanging
It is a stretch for me financially, but doable.
Places in this area have rarely ever come up in the 25 yrs i've been coming there. It being within my reach has to do with the large amount of acres in the form of 8 different parcels and the seller wanting to sell it all at once.
47 did concern me about there possibly not being enough water. But that would probably have been the same for the smaller parcels since it is the same source. Going to read the thread on 47 Unchanging now. Didn't come up with google.

After reading the 47 Unchanging thread it seems this could have a lot to do with my internal state. Being exhausted from the deliberations about whether i can afford it or not.
