I am in a relationship that is in rain check. We differ on our goals though I feel he cares deeply but scared to move forward. I asked how it will go. Please help me to understand the reading better. I got 31.2.28. Thank you.

This whole reading could also just be reflecting exactly what you just said is happening, and basically advises you to decide what is important to you and whether you can balance it out.
