Couldn't agree more. But in terms of syndromes and collections of symptoms...

...FANKS is like a virus for the feeble minds of the XY portion of the population, whom are prone to confusion when the line dividing logic from emotion is crossed back and forth on them like overlock stitching. Bad symptoms are usually avoided, or at least palliated, when a chronic WANS sufferer errs on the side of "kindness" rather than on the side of "know-it-all-smart-ass"...

if experience is any indication of reality, "kindness" has a much longer mileage than "knowledge".

Think I'll print this out and hang it up.

I think you can survive as a diviner without any very constant or reliable intuition if you're happy to do that 'trust' thing and leave spaces. And not imagine that it's always necessarily your job to provide The Answer.

Will have to think about this. Part of me agrees, part isn't sure. Maybe it's because 'happy to do that trust thing' is what opens intuition.

Agree completely that it's not our job to provide The Answer.

I was going to rib Lindsay with a "The Guru is in" cartoon, pinched from Google. Then I came across this guy. I imagined asking him for Yi type of insight. Would he provide The Answer, or, is he the answer? --- that is, the embodiment of all questions and answers? How would he answer? How would he know the answer? What is it he trusts?

Forehead thingy, 57, maybe also 43.

Forehead thingy looks like 50 to me (sacrificial vessel with blood in it...), but I was referring to the comment on the photo:

This was taken at the Jagdish temple in Udaipur. As soon as I saw this guy, it was clear that I had to have a shot. I approached him, but he stopped me and requested a "donation" before I took a picture. Rather than waste time arguing, I handed him 10 rupees (approx 25 cents), and he happily went along with it after that.

:D

Not a bad deal for a quarter. Didn't even notice that. I've tried standing at the local freeway entrance, with a sign, "will think for food", but it didn't pay real well. Next life I'll be a lawyer.

Repeat with me: Location, location, location. At a freeway entrance cars would be zipping by you. Try at a busy traffic light next time and don't forget to smile like a Buddha.

10.6 - 58

The superior man fortifies the thinking of the people.

Look to your conduct and weigh the favorable signs.
When everything is fulfilled, supreme good fortune comes.

The superior man joins with his friends for discussion and practice.

Yes,

the Yi's take on it is as always very interesting.

Thank you, Rosada, for posting it.

Namaste,

Soshin
