I found the above rather helpful here - feels like your thread would benefit more in the SR forum, cause now it's like it's trying to walk on two different planes at once . .
Right, that is why I did not say about the background much...
just hoped for Charley to break it down for me all the way but ladies are trying to be helpful also
To go back to the 'optimism/pessimism' approach, it is often all a matter of pov, maybe sometimes a mirage - if you want to see the positive aspects you'll do just that even in the darkest lines and vice versa . . Besides, I don't always find the all-positive view of things, helpful; sometimes we need to dwell on the darker side, sometimes we are enriched by looking into the 'negative' aspects, the dangers, the fears the doubts . . it's ok to be there, it's human and it can also be immensely creative and fruitful.
Besides, the all-shining nature of some answers might even come as a challenge - the question then becomes, are you up to it?[/QUOTE]
Hmmm...well, if you are being encouraged, I suppose you should think being up to it...
I don`t really try to find something good in less then a cheery line, so to speak, I take it as it is - if I can grasp the meaning better, that is another thing...the feeling that unwanted cast brings makes one try with another question...and I think it happens a lot, it is a hard habit to break.
It is harder with multiple moving lines, sometimes there are two "not so positive" and the last one is, where for example I tend to think "it will all work out well in the end"...and there is the danger, I think...there is a process to go through in a certain way to get there....and one can feel so stupid afterwards, especially when doing different from advised in the reading and the outcome does not pan out.
there is a process to go through in a certain way to get there.
Meh, we learn what we want to learn, not even what we are ready toLearning experiences for sure if we don't get a good result. Do you keep a journal of your casts?
Thank you trojan, good thread!
This "problem" does not get old, good to have it revisited...
I also had the notion that perhaps when we get hexes 25 or 4 (even more so, unchanged) that is a message "it is not defined yet, things are in works, puzzles falling into place" of sort...I think that may be the case if one is asking about something that is being decided upon while asking and he/she could influence it by behaving or not the way oracle suggested in the first place.
